Real human lower leg and articulated foot bones.

This lower leg would have been part of a full articulated skeleton as it still shows where the tibia would have attached to the femur and the foot would have attached to the tibia.

The foot bones are in good condition and have been beautifully wired to show the articulation. The only missing bones are the distal phalanges of the small toe. There is slight crumbling to the edges of some of the larger bones where they have become brittle over the years.

The foot also has the brass pin that fits into the slot cut in the base of the tibia in which it would have been pinned. The tibia and fibula are also in great condition and still have the patella attached with a brass strip.
